These are the general terms and conditions for all goods and services from the Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing. concerning the online shopping procedure.

§ 2. General Information and Contract Conclusion
The following general terms and conditions from the basis for all contracts between a consumer and the Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing..
All our supply is an open offer and subject to the limitations of delivery.
The consumer´s placing of an order establishes consent to our general terms and conditions. Verbal agreements or alternative terms always ask for your written approval.
The purcase or order or our goods and services goes along with the consumer´s consent to our general terms of trade.
A contract conclusion (according to our general terms and conditions) between a consumer and Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing. is achived when the purchaser sends an order via mouse click and "enter-key" to the online mask of operasvoice.com. An order may also be achived via telephone. The online consumer recieves an email of confirmation after an order from Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing..
§ 3. Supply / Ordering
All our supply is subject to confirmation referring to its quantity, price, delivery date and technical changes. An order can only be regarded as confirmed when a written and signed order is available. Orders via email and in our online shop do not have to be signed.
§ 4. Prices
Our prices are listed in EURO and include the statutory Austrian added value tax (20%). All prices include the delivery expenses. Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing. reserves the right to price increases (e.g. due to changes in currency exchange rates or changes from external suppliers). Special offers depend on our stock of products if no end of period date is given in the advertisement.
The prices are always published on the homepage ofJens Waldig, Dipl. Ing.. Price lists in print only remain valid until the latest version is published on our homepage.
§ 5. Delivery / Payment
Forwarding charges and delivery expenses are always subject to the expense of the customer. The delivery is realised, if not agreed upon differently via email and download links and may last up to three working days. Additional charges for express mails are subject to the expense of the customer. Agreed upon delivery dates should be adhered to. The payment for our goods and services has to be done before delivery starts.

§ 6. Retention of Title
All our goods and services remain our property until the full payment is settled. In cases of delayed payment the purchaser is responsible for all legal and extrajudicial costs to get hold of the required money.
Any kind of rent, any additional reproduction or any resale, may it be in parts or not, of mp3 files from operasvoice.com is forbidden and considered a violation of private property. The mp3 files from operasvoice.com is limited to private usage and autodidactic education.
§ 7. Guarantee
Evident defects have to be reported within three working days in written form. Non-evident defects are subject to the mentioned warranty period from the producer and depend on the date of invoice. Any kind of guarantee is not granted when a misuse or inappropriate handling is detected (e.g.: involvement of other persons).
§ 8. Liability
Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing. are not liable for any kind of damage in your PC or other sources to replay our mp3 files and CDs.
§ 9. Right of Withdrawal and Conversion Right
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a selling contract within 7 days after the order if
a) unreasonable delivery dates or inadequate goods and services occure,
b) severe technical changes, which do not correspond to the original features, occure.
There is no right to withdraw, return or converse our mp3 files, CDs and software products. Minor technical changes which include a maximal price increase of up to 20% do not justify a right of withdrawal.
The consumer has to settle all expenses concerning withdrawal or acceptance of ordered goods and is also in charge of all forwarding charges and has to pay for the transmittal and return of goods (postal fees). In order to accept returned goods the customer is obliged to send them at free delivery.
In case of delayed payment the Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing. is free to cancel all remaining services and is entitled to keep back already agreed upon deliveries and services. Our company may also require advanced payment, sureties and is allowed to step back from a contract (if necessary after having set an adequate respite).
If a customer steps back from a contract without being entitled to it, Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing. have the opportunity to either demand the fullfillment of the contract or cancel the contract.
§ 10. Data Protection
Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing. commit themselves not to hand on customer related data to third institutions. The consumer agrees that his/her personal data from the selling contract is electronically stored and worked upon. Customer data may only be stored in internal files. However, if consumers consent in written form, we are entitled to hand on their data to other persons or institutions. In this case we are not liable for any kind of misuse of data. We send our advertisments and newsletters exclusively to addresses who give us their written and clear consent.
Customers are obliged to inform us about a change of private or commercial address as long as mutual contracts have not been fullfilled. If this notice is omitted, our sended mails count as being recieved even if the actual address is different. Plans, drafts, pictures, mp3 licenses, CDs and other technical features remain our intellectual property like models, catalogues, brochures and illustrations. Customers do not gain any rights to reuse or remodel our products by buying them.
§ 11 Final Regulation
If one or more of the listed terms and conditions is rendered in operative the remaining clauses still remain active. The contracting partners are to replace inoperative terms by operative ones, which are legally acceptable and as close as possible to the desired status quo. Changes and amendments require a written version. This is also valid for the already mentioned clause. The place of fullfillment and the legal venue for all liabilities with traders and corporate bodies of public law in Austria - Vienna. The company´s registered office is therefore in Vienna, Austria. It is solely subject to Austrian Law.
We the operators of Jens Waldig, Dipl. Ing. and operasvoice.com, reserve ourselves the right to change the listed general terms and conditions at any time.
