Delivery Expenses
We charge no extra delivery expenses

Deliveries are exclusively performed with a retention of title. The consumer only becomes owner of our products after having paid the total required costs.

Sale or Return
The mp3 files from operasvoice.com are not subject to the right of return or right of cnversion. The customer has to pay the delivery expenses for the return of goods.

In general your orders are worked upon and served within 72 hours. If one of our services is temporarily not available, we inform you instantly and try our best to get hold of the requested product within the shortest possible time.
